Supports and improves business systems across property management, CRM, ERP, financial, and building operations platforms. Troubleshoots issues, gathers requirements, maps workflows, documents processes, supports vendor evaluations and implementations, and identifies process improvement opportunities. The role partners with Operations and Technology teams, assists with business cases and projects, and helps non-technical users adopt systems effectively.

Lead the consolidation of HR, payroll, and workforce management systems onto a single Dayforce platform. Responsibilities include configuration, solution design, data migration, testing, cutover, training, legacy-platform decommissioning, access and security management, vendor coordination, support escalation, process automation, and platform roadmap ownership.

Provides strategic legal advice across corporate, real estate, funds, property management, construction, employment, disputes, privacy, and governance matters. Drafts and negotiates commercial documentation, leads legal workstreams for acquisitions, disposals, and development transactions, manages stakeholder relationships, identifies legal risks, and supports governance policy development.

Supports group-wide planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and executive flash reporting. Maintains revenue, management fee, cost allocation, and financial models; builds Power BI dashboards and data structures; partners with operational, corporate, and investment teams to translate business plans into financial outcomes; and standardizes transparent, auditable spreadsheet models.

Own Aveo’s national digital experience and performance marketing strategy, including website conversion, media budgets, attribution, lifecycle marketing, experimentation, and commercial reporting. Lead the digital/media agency relationship, marketing technology roadmap, vendor negotiations, and a performance marketing team. Partner with Sales, Finance, Data, and executive stakeholders to improve enquiries, tours, occupancy, CAC, CPL, ROI, and lifetime value. Develop scalable digital performance playbooks for the broader Living Company portfolio.

Owns the integration and automation roadmap across Salesforce, MuleSoft, Azure, and multiple business brands. Responsibilities include backlog prioritization, delivery governance, Agile ceremonies, design standards, hands-on MuleSoft development, troubleshooting, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and leadership of integration consultants and business analysts.

Serves as the welcoming face of the Sydney headquarters, managing reception, calls, emails, mail, couriers, meeting rooms, office supplies, equipment, events, and communications. Coordinates with building management on repairs and loading dock bookings, supports new-starter onboarding through office tours and building passes, and partners with EAs, IT, and the broader office team to ensure smooth daily operations.
