Handles internet, phone, and live chat sales leads; identifies vehicle needs; provides product and financing information; schedules appointments; follows up with prospective customers; maintains CRM records; supports vehicle delivery; and develops repeat and referral business while complying with automotive, DMV, state, and federal requirements.
