Leads employer engagement, job placement, and workforce partnership development for a citywide youth career hub. Builds relationships with employers, workforce intermediaries, training providers, and industry associations; identifies jobs, internships, apprenticeships, and career exposure opportunities; matches youth to employment; supports applications, interviews, onboarding, and retention; co-facilitates career-readiness programming; monitors labor-market trends; tracks outcomes and employer metrics in Salesforce; and contributes to reporting and continuous improvement.

Supervises immigration legal services for runaway and homeless youth, including drop-in clinics, junior attorneys, fellows, and paralegals. Provides representation in asylum, SIJS, adjustment of status, U and T visas, appeals, and immigration court matters. Leads legal education, outreach, referrals, grant compliance, service documentation, and initiatives supporting unhoused youth.

Supervise and provide immigration legal representation to youth ages 12–21 in removal defense, SIJS, asylum, and U/T visa matters. Oversee attorneys, paralegals, social workers, and administrative staff; provide training, court support, referrals, community outreach, legal education, and grant-compliance reporting. The role also advances youth legal rights and represents The Door before courts, agencies, coalitions, and stakeholders.

Leads Salesforce administration and the organization’s broader data systems, including Azure SQL databases, integrations, reporting, data governance, and workflow automation. Translates program needs into technical solutions, manages system roadmaps and vendors, oversees data quality and privacy, supports reporting and dashboards, and supervises the Data Services Manager. Provides training, documentation, technical troubleshooting, and guidance on AI and technology initiatives across youth services, education, health, and operational programs.

Leads The Door’s institutional giving program, supervising three grant managers and managing a portfolio of 30–40 foundation, corporate, and government funders. Responsibilities include developing grant proposals and reports, cultivating funder relationships, securing approximately $8 million annually, overseeing budgets and compliance, forecasting revenue, and coordinating fundraising strategy. The role requires strong people leadership, writing, editing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Manages the organization’s data systems, databases, pipelines, integrations, Salesforce environment, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure. Develops SQL queries, maintains ETL/ELT workflows, resolves data quality and integration issues, and supports agency-wide performance reporting. Establishes data governance and documentation standards, provides technical support and training, and collaborates with program teams and leadership on scalable systems, responsible AI use, privacy, security, and compliance.
