Manages client billing and collections for a law firm, including prebills, invoices, e-billing submissions, WIP and accounts receivable monitoring, collections strategies, reconciliations, credit-risk escalation, and financial reporting. Builds relationships with lawyers, legal assistants, finance teams, and clients while resolving account discrepancies and supporting billing deadlines. The role requires English-French bilingualism, discretion, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a hybrid environment.

Coordinates in-person, hybrid, and virtual client events, including venue and vendor sourcing, event materials, registration, gifting, and recordings. Manages event inquiries, RSVPs, attendance tracking in Salesforce, reporting, invoices, and credit card reconciliation. Leads proposal and pitch development for RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, and client presentations. Responsibilities include drafting and editing content, coordinating lawyers and business teams, managing proposal databases and procurement submissions, tracking results, researching clients and industries, improving templates and processes, and training team members. The role also supports reporting requests, credentials, operational initiatives, and other marketing and business development writing assignments.

Provides independent support for complex corporate and tax reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, closings, corporate records, and transaction documentation. The role involves drafting agreements and share provisions, coordinating searches and closing materials, advising clients and lawyers, maintaining corporate databases, monitoring legislative changes, and mentoring junior paralegals. Candidates need substantial corporate law experience, paralegal training or equivalent experience, bilingual French and English skills, and a NUANS Completion Certificate when required.

Requires at least 10 years of corporate law experience, paralegal education or equivalent experience, NUANS certification, and French-English bilingualism.
