Executes full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, requisition management, onboarding, and compliance documentation. Partners with hiring managers to define workforce needs, improve hiring processes, and ensure consistent selection practices. Maintains ATS and HRIS records, generates recruitment metrics, supports background checks and orientation, conducts exit interviews, and follows EEO, ADA, FCRA, affirmative action, and DOL requirements.
