Manages and coordinates a paralegal team supporting immigration attorneys in detained and non-detained removal proceedings. Responsibilities include assigning workflows, supervising and reviewing work, conducting one-on-ones, training staff, coordinating intake clinics, overseeing data management and contractual compliance, streamlining LawLogix and billing processes, and providing direct paralegal case support approximately 50% of the time.

Leads fundraising strategy and execution for annual and capital campaigns, planned giving, endowments, donor cultivation, and foundation, corporate, and government funding. Oversees grant proposals, budgets, reporting, gift processing, communications, special events, campus tours, and volunteer and board engagement. Supervises development activities, monitors financial goals, and builds relationships with donors and funding agencies.

Staff Attorney II applicants must have at least two years of immigration law experience.
