Analyzes and improves institutional business processes through enterprise application configuration, systems integration, custom software, APIs, database programming, document workflows, and automation. Administers Laserfiche and Ellucian Ethos integrations, develops Java, C++, JavaScript, and PL/SQL solutions, supports upgrades and applications, creates reports and metrics, provides technical support and training, and coordinates cross-functional technical projects.

Directs financial aid department operations, staff, compliance, budgeting, reporting, audits, technology systems, and student counseling. Ensures adherence to federal, state, and institutional financial aid regulations, including Title IV, FERPA, verification, disbursement, and Return of Title IV requirements. Develops policies, controls, training, and corrective action plans; oversees aid packaging, reporting, audits, and default prevention programs. Manages personnel and represents the department with institutional, governmental, and professional stakeholders.
