Oversee ALOFT Academy’s curriculum development, instructional evaluation, funding strategy, budgeting, and talent-development programs. Collaborate with training teams, subject matter experts, departments, educational institutions, and community partners to align learning initiatives with organizational needs. Manage funding opportunities, financial reporting, program performance, and continuous improvement while representing the academy at professional events and reporting strategic progress to senior management.

Leads aircraft maintenance, modification, and completion programs from contract execution through delivery. Manages customer relationships, scope, schedules, budgets, labor, materials, risks, forecasts, invoicing, and regulatory compliance. Coordinates production, engineering, repair station, ODA, certification, and customer stakeholders. Provides program reporting, EVM analysis, process standardization, team leadership, mentorship, and business development support.

Designs and develops aircraft electrical systems, wiring diagrams, schematics, wire harnesses, circuit boards, and routing layouts. Creates and releases engineering drawings and technical documentation, supports fabrication-level testing, resolves production issues, and ensures compliance with customer, regulatory, safety, and functional requirements. Collaborates across departments, participates in engineering meetings and design reviews, documents changes, develops procedures, and assists with team training and mentorship.

Leads strategic and tactical procurement for aircraft maintenance, modification, manufacturing, and administrative operations. Manages sourcing strategies, supplier qualification and performance, contract negotiations, purchasing data, cost reduction, procurement procedures, compliance, and reporting. Supervises and develops procurement staff while collaborating with Engineering, Production, Quality, Finance, Planning, and Program Management. Supports budgeting, forecasting, ERP activities, proposals, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manages assigned aircraft maintenance programs from contract initiation through completion. Oversees customer relationships, scope, schedules, budgets, labor, materials, risks, forecasts, invoicing, and quality outcomes. Coordinates Sales, Production, Operations, Engineering, and Repair Station stakeholders, ensures Part 145 compliance and CRS delivery, leads program meetings and reporting, and supervises assigned personnel when applicable.
