Leads enterprise AI adoption and process automation through use-case discovery, prioritization, governance, cultural enablement, and impact measurement. Chairs the AI Champion Group, supports the AI Steering Committee, coaches leaders on responsible AI and prompting, maps workflows, coordinates initiative handoffs, quantifies ROI, and manages continuous improvement. The role partners with executive and cross-functional teams while guiding AI literacy and responsible implementation without directly building production solutions.

Develops and executes internal communication plans, content calendars, and multi-channel campaigns. Creates employee-focused stories, updates, spotlights, marketing collateral, and social media content while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborates with leaders across departments, monitors communication performance, provides data-driven recommendations, manages print and branded merchandise inventory, and supports external marketing initiatives. Promotes company values and safety through effective communications.
