Owns and coordinates major incident management across the FirstRand Group. Serves as the central contact during incidents, ensuring appropriate classification, prioritization, escalation, stakeholder communication, SLA adherence, resolution, vendor remediation, accurate ITSM records, and post-incident reviews. The role also produces incident and executive reports, provides technical troubleshooting when required, and includes shift work and standby duties.
