Develops commercial fencing sales by building customer relationships, identifying opportunities, reviewing plans and specifications, preparing estimates and proposals, following up on bids, negotiating scope and pricing, meeting sales and margin goals, and coordinating sold projects with Operations. Requires strong communication, math, organization, construction plan-reading, estimating, and customer service skills, plus regular local travel to offices and jobsites.
