DFA Engineer analyzes PCB designs and develops SMT assembly processes for manufacturability, quality, yield, and cost efficiency. Responsibilities include DFM/DFA analysis, stencil and reflow process optimization, SMT equipment support, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, manufacturing documentation, quality investigations, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also supports audits, equipment maintenance, assembly management systems, and customer or partner requests in a clean manufacturing environment.

Ensures PCB manufacturing and assembly operations comply with EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and other export control regulations. Classifies products and technical data, manages export licenses and documentation, oversees controlled-data access, conducts audits and investigations, delivers employee training, and coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, HR, sales, customers, and government agencies. The role is on-site and supports export compliance across local facilities.

Monitors, audits, analyzes, and optimizes PCB manufacturing processes, including plating and via fill. Performs chemical analysis, root-cause investigations, process implementation, equipment installation, SOP creation, and quality tracking. Provides engineering support, trains operators and junior engineers, manages TruChem software, supports maintenance, creates AutoCAD drawings, and leads process improvement projects while following safety and production requirements.

The role also supports audits, customer requests, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives in a clean manufacturing environment.

Serves as the primary technical contact for customer issues involving PCB assembly and prototype rework. Reviews BOMs, assembly drawings, pick-and-place files, and test requirements; identifies manufacturability issues, component discrepancies, and CAD defects; and communicates resolutions. Collaborates with engineering, quality, product, and operations teams, tracks recurring issues, supports corrective actions, and ensures SLA, IPC, and quality compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Processes and analyzes PCB assembly RFQs and online orders, reviews Gerber files, BOMs, drawings, and CAD data, prices components and assembly labor, and prepares BOM issue reports and assembly instructions. The role also validates orders, supports customers and sales staff, manages multiple quoting projects, prepares reports, maintains procedures, and provides administrative support to the assembly and design quoting team.

Owns PCB and PCBA customer orders from purchase order through shipment, leading NPI and material readiness initiatives, coordinating engineering, production, quality, supply chain, customers, and suppliers. The role manages schedules, dashboards, KPIs, risks, contracts, customer communications, issue resolution, and engineering change orders while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met.

The Process Engineer monitors, audits, and optimizes plating and via-fill manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include chemical analysis, process control, quality issue resolution, root-cause analysis, SOP development, equipment installation, AutoCAD drafting, engineering project leadership, operator training, and support for lean or continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires working on a manufacturing floor with chemicals, PPE, occasional lifting, extended hours, and emergency-call availability.

Oversee international payroll operations for the U.S., India, and Canada, including processing, compliance, tax remittances, reconciliations, reporting, and vendor management. Supervise payroll staff, resolve complex payroll issues, maintain controls and audit trails, and lead process improvements and system enhancements. Partner with HR, Finance, IT, benefits providers, and external vendors to ensure accurate, compliant payroll and support audits, implementations, and payroll-related reporting.
