The role is hands-on, in-person, hourly, and may require occasional weekend emergency support.

Edit raw creator footage into polished short-form videos with stronger hooks, pacing, sound, color, captions, graphics, and platform-specific treatments. Develop original content concepts and finished assets, build reusable editing systems and templates, collaborate in person with the content team, respond to feedback quickly, and protect confidential creator and client materials. Success is measured through improved content quality, production volume, performance, revision speed, and quality control.

Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows, automations, integrations, internal tools, reports, and dashboards. Investigate failures, improve data reliability, monitor systems, document processes, support access and recovery, and train team members. This is an in-person role in Winter Park, Florida, five days per week, with occasional after-hours requests and limited business travel.
