Reporting to the CEO, the role maintains global risk tools, strengthens internal controls, supports donor due diligence, develops training, tracks recommendations, and reports risk and compliance trends to senior leadership. Leads humanitarian information management for service and infrastructure mapping across Gaza. Responsibilities include coordinating data collection with response partners, establishing data standards and quality controls, developing cleaning scripts, managing confidential datasets, and creating GIS and structured-data dashboards using tools such as Power BI or R Shiny. The role also supports inter-agency coordination, partner capacity building, data analysis, and evidence-based humanitarian planning.
