Manage print and merchandising fixture projects from concept through delivery, coordinating scope, budgets, timelines, resources, vendors, production, quality, shipping, installation, and invoicing. Partner with sales, clients, internal teams, contractors, and freelancers to ensure projects meet brand standards, deadlines, and budget requirements. Use Pace and established project management processes to track deliverables, dependencies, costs, and scope changes.

Provides customer support through phone, email, and chat; manages high-volume inquiries, identifies customer needs, resolves product and service issues, investigates complaints, and enters rework tickets. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, and independent decision-making in a hybrid work environment.
