Provides entry-level administrative and operational support for procurement and sourcing activities. Responsibilities include maintaining SAP and SRM records, organizing supplier quotations and documentation, communicating with suppliers, preparing price comparisons, supporting supplier onboarding, tracking inventory and purchase orders, consolidating requisitions, and preparing routine procurement reports. The role also handles general administrative tasks and data research under supervision.

Supports corporate, executive, employee, franchisee, and customer communications. Drafts and edits messaging, presentations, FAQs, announcements, customer response templates, and executive materials. Manages communication projects, approval workflows, calendars, events, and distribution channels while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Monitors feedback, summarizes engagement, and supports sensitive customer and reputation-related communications.

Leads enterprise-wide FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, dashboards, executive reporting, and strategic initiatives. Partners with executives, cross-functional leaders, and Korea headquarters to translate operational performance into financial insights, business cases, and recommendations. Prepares C-suite and board materials, manages concurrent projects, improves reporting processes, and mentors junior analysts.

Coordinates product material ordering, inventory planning, shipment tracking, regional distribution, import activities, manufacturing schedules, and promotional material delivery. Maintains product codes and master data in SAP and GFIMS, monitors forecasts and inventory usage, identifies supply or delivery issues, and supports product launches through cross-functional communication with operations, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, marketing, and Korea Headquarters.

Handles order processing, purchase order entry, warehouse documentation, invoice verification, receiving and shipping checks, inventory tracking, delivery scheduling, and monthly physical inventory counts. Reports shortages, overages, and aging inventory while supporting warehouse supervisors and workers. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, attention to detail, computer skills, and English-Korean bilingual ability.

Leads digital transformation, e-commerce growth, enterprise system architecture, ERP/SAP implementation, and global technology initiatives. Oversees application and platform development, system integration, infrastructure scalability, security, compliance, and technology roadmaps. Manages and mentors technology teams while aligning IT strategy with business objectives, customer experience, operational efficiency, and international expansion.

Manages a portfolio of franchise locations, advising franchisees on sales growth, POS analysis, menu optimization, brand compliance, QSC standards, and operational improvements. Supports new store openings through setup, training, launch-day operations, and stabilization. Resolves franchisee issues, coordinates corporate policy implementation, supports collections and compliance, and collaborates with marketing, supply chain, legal, accounting, and other corporate teams. Requires frequent domestic travel for store visits and openings.

Leads end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and Sales and Operations Planning. Develops strategies balancing service, cost, and efficiency; monitors logistics, inventory, returns, disposal, and stockout KPIs; identifies bottlenecks and risks; and supports ERP and supply chain system optimization. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, analytical problem-solving, project management, bilingual Korean and English communication, and expertise in SCM, logistics, inventory, trucking, or warehouse operations.

Manages pilot production processes, manufacturing routings, production versions, and initial production scheduling for cake manufacturing. Supports new product introduction, process optimization, quality improvement, material substitutions, labor and time analysis, and production documentation. Collaborates with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams while troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues and ensuring food safety and workplace compliance.

Supports franchisee relationships, new store openings, operational stabilization, store visits, quality and compliance reviews, remediation activities, customer issue escalations, and franchisee training. Communicates company policies, marketing updates, and product information across internal departments and franchise locations. Requires regional travel of up to 75%, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and at least one year of relevant food service, QSR, or multi-unit retail experience preferred.
