Coordinates campus event reservations and logistics, supports internal and external events, and provides audiovisual consultation, setup, troubleshooting, training, and technical support. Manages room scheduling through 25Live, event operations reports, AV inventories, conferencing systems, equipment rentals, and vendor or IT coordination. Supports executive meetings and major university events, develops user documentation, and provides rotating evening and weekend coverage.

Leads major and planned giving efforts, managing a portfolio of 50–60 prospects and donors. Develops cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies for five- to seven-figure gifts; conducts donor visits; prepares proposals and briefings; tracks activity in Raiser's Edge NXT; and supports annual and campaign fundraising goals. Requires extensive travel, occasional evening and weekend work, strong communication skills, and a proven record of closing significant gifts.

Supports athletics communications by maintaining statistics and records, reporting to conference and NCAA offices, managing social media and website content, assisting with video streaming and photography, coordinating media relations, writing and editing releases and features, and producing athletic publications. The role requires 20 hours weekly for 12 months, including some evening, weekend, holiday, and on-call duties.
