The Senior Test Analyst designs and executes manual and automated tests, documents and prioritizes defects, collaborates with developers and product teams, improves testing practices, and mentors junior testers. The role requires strong test case design, SDLC knowledge, SQL/database experience, clear communication, and senior-level software testing experience. Mobile or cloud testing, ISTQB Advanced certification, and coding or scripting experience are desirable.

Lead the hardware engineering function for Gallagher’s eShepherd virtual fencing products. Manage electronics and mechanical engineers across product design, architecture, testing, manufacturing, field support, and continuous improvement. Oversee technical risks, design reviews, change management, DFMA, FMEA, reliability testing, and supplier collaboration. Partner with embedded, IoT, product, manufacturing, procurement, compliance, and customer teams to deliver robust, manufacturable connected livestock-management hardware.

Provides technical support to Gallagher Security customers and channel partners worldwide. Troubleshoots networking, device, software, and access control issues; documents interactions in CRM and knowledge base systems; performs root cause analysis; and collaborates with regional, testing, and development teams to resolve escalated issues. The role requires strong communication, customer focus, problem-solving ability, teamwork, and eligibility for UK SC clearance.

Drive growth of perimeter fencing solutions across Africa through distributor and channel development, strategic sales, major projects, tenders, and customer engagement. The role builds relationships with distributors, consultants, contractors, government agencies, and industry partners; supports partner capability and sales performance; develops business cases and ROI analyses; and provides market insights to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Regular, extended travel throughout Africa is required.
