Develops and manages integrated project schedules for defense programs, coordinating program management, engineering, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams. Performs critical path, schedule risk, variance, network logic, resource, and earned value analyses. Owns and administers a self-hosted GitLab platform, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, runners, artifact repositories, and supporting DevSecOps services. Builds reusable pipeline templates, integrates security scanning and compliance controls, improves reliability and performance, and automates platform operations. Supports developers by troubleshooting workflows, providing training, and writing documentation. Requires Linux administration, Docker, scripting, security tooling integration, and an active or obtainable Top Secret clearance.

Build and support internal applications, workflow automations, integrations, data pipelines, and AI-agent-connected tools. Design solutions, work with APIs and databases, deploy applications in Azure using CI/CD and infrastructure as code, and maintain secure, documented, recoverable systems. Collaborate with business users on discovery, demonstrations, training, and support. The role requires agent-assisted development, stakeholder communication, occasional travel, onsite work, and eligibility for a future Department of Defense security clearance.
