Leads front-office operations and customer experience at a swim school. Manages, coaches, and develops customer-facing staff; maintains service standards, staffing, onboarding, facility readiness, inventory, and operational procedures. Supports enrollment, retention, revenue initiatives, and escalated customer concerns while addressing employee performance. Requires full-time availability, including at least one weekend day.
