Own the full enterprise sales cycle for AI-enabled software solutions, from outbound prospecting and technical discovery through negotiation and close. Build relationships with CTOs, VP Engineering, and technical leaders; generate and manage pipeline; navigate procurement and security reviews; and collaborate with Solutions Architecture, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to support strong customer outcomes.

Owns the reliability, scalability, and automation of cloud-native infrastructure. Designs infrastructure-as-code environments and CI/CD pipelines, implements observability and DevSecOps practices, troubleshoots complex infrastructure issues, and mentors engineering teams. Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver reliable, ethical autonomous AI solutions.

Designs and oversees reusable agentic AI architectures for client engagements. Translates business problems into technical requirements, evaluates build-versus-buy decisions, establishes orchestration and human-in-the-loop controls, and guides nearshore engineering teams. The role also identifies reusable intellectual property, supports client growth, and communicates ROI, margins, and technical risk to executives and consulting partners.

Administer and architect HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hubs, including pipelines, custom objects, workflows, data governance, integrations, and executive reporting. Own CRM data integrity, attribution, dashboards, documentation, and system enablement for the go-to-market organization. Translate business goals into scalable CRM solutions while troubleshooting integrations and training internal users. This is a part-time, remote contractor role requiring at least three years of HubSpot administration experience and U.S. Eastern Time overlap.

Lead the development and architectural evolution of mission-critical Java backends. Design RESTful API integrations, optimize SQL databases and stored procedures, support microservices and distributed architectures, and improve system reliability and technical debt. Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, document complex systems, and collaborate with US-based clients in a remote nearshore environment.

Design, build, and operate backend and fullstack production systems using Java, Spring, Node.js, and React. Own service reliability through observability, SLIs/SLOs, on-call support, incident response, postmortems, capacity planning, and load testing. Contribute to infrastructure as code, collaborate with platform teams, participate in architecture and code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

Provides post-purchase cybersecurity expertise for enterprise clients by designing workflows, scripts, integrations, and security solutions. Troubleshoots complex issues across XSIAM, XDR, and EDR environments; advises on network and cloud security; trains customers; develops technical documentation; and partners with Product and Engineering teams to resolve blockers and improve products.

Owns the architecture and technical health of mission-critical .NET backends. Leads development of scalable APIs, manages SQL database design and performance, modernizes workflows, and addresses technical debt. Provides code reviews, mentorship, documentation, and stakeholder communication while supporting reliable delivery across diverse codebases. Requires advanced C#, .NET, ASP.NET Web API, SQL, cloud, DevOps, and distributed architecture expertise in a client-facing nearshore or offshore environment.
