Leads talent development across a TK-12 charter school network by designing and facilitating professional learning, developing instructional coaching practices, and supporting performance management training. Partners with HR, school leaders, and academic teams to align learning programs with organizational priorities, use data to improve programming, and ensure implementation accountability. Provides coaching and occasional campus support to promote safe, inclusive, and effective school environments.

The High School Assistant Principal supports the principal in leading school-wide academics, culture, and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing student and culture data, coaching and evaluating teachers, leading professional development, managing behavior systems, supporting diverse learners, attending IEP and 504 meetings, supervising staff, and engaging families.
