Leads rail and transit consulting projects by converting client requirements into operational plans, overseeing technical work, conducting quantitative analyses and studies, leading workshops, managing client relationships, presenting findings, and preparing proposals, budgets, schedules, and methodologies. Requires expertise in U.S. freight railroad operations, capacity planning, timetable development, service design, and Class 1 railroad experience.

Manage and optimize Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Build PowerShell, Python, and Power Automate automation for provisioning, user management, monitoring, and business workflows. Administer cloud infrastructure, security policies, compliance controls, integrations, and infrastructure-as-code deployments. Support integrations across finance, HR, and business systems; investigate incidents; maintain documentation and audit readiness; and serve as an escalation point for complex IT issues.

Leads CBTC and railway signaling engineering across the full EN 50126 V-Cycle, including requirements, design, risk, interfaces, verification, validation, testing, commissioning, and certification. Manages project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, suppliers, stakeholders, and technical deliverables. Supports proposals, business development, client relationships, industry events, and service growth while mentoring engineering teams. Occasional domestic and international travel is required.
