The role coordinates external specialists while retaining internal ownership of system delivery, governance, and user adoption across ecommerce, fulfilment, finance, HR, CRM, and operational platforms.

Manage and improve Shopify Plus ecommerce trading, merchandising, product data, navigation, search, collections, customer journeys, CRO, analytics, SEO hygiene, and ecommerce apps. Use Shopify analytics, GA4, Google Search Console, heatmaps, reporting, and AI-assisted workflows to improve conversion, AOV, product discovery, and customer experience across UK, US, and international markets. Coordinate with product, brand, content, and related teams while following approval processes for major visual, technical, and commercial changes.

Build and improve scalable business operating systems across recruitment, HR, retail training, ecommerce, marketing, product, and reporting. The role converts founder-led knowledge and manual workflows into trackers, dashboards, SOPs, forms, source-of-truth documents, and AI-assisted processes. Responsibilities include process mapping, workflow testing, document control, access management, issue tracking, meeting-to-action systems, reporting, and user adoption. The role supports business owners but does not make final hiring, legal, strategic, or purchasing decisions.
