Processes accurate and timely client payrolls, maintains payroll data and schedules, supports payroll administration, and resolves client issues involving cloud-based payroll systems. The role provides external customer service, ensures compliance with payroll policies and regulations, assists with onboarding new clients, improves processes, and collaborates with the Payroll Manager and team. Hybrid work is required, with occasional overtime during peak payroll periods.

Provides administrative and operational support for payroll services, including data entry, schedule maintenance, pension files, payroll processing, records management, client inquiries, and troubleshooting cloud-based payroll systems. The role supports new client implementations, ensures compliance and data accuracy, assists with process improvements, and collaborates with the payroll team in a hybrid environment.
