Own a portfolio of at-risk and high-value SaaS customers, driving onboarding, product adoption, account health, retention, and customer outcomes. Develop segmentation strategies, playbooks, tooling, and AI-enabled workflows while sharing customer insights with Product, Sales, and Support. The role is hands-on initially, with opportunities to mentor others and eventually build and lead the customer success team.
