Sources and organizes raw data, types and formats documents, proofreads work for accuracy, distributes approved copies, maintains digital backups, installs software updates, and protects computer systems. Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions, posting to ledgers, preparing trial balances and financial reports, processing accounts payable and receivable, handling payroll, completing tax forms, and supporting compliance. The role also requires data entry, transaction verification, spreadsheet use, and coordination with the accounting team.
