Manages daily accounting operations and supervises department staff for a senior living community and foundation. Responsibilities include general ledger analysis, journal entries, bank and investment reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, billing, fixed assets, construction-in-progress accounts, audit schedules, budget support, and monthly BlackLine account reconciliation certification.

Handles resident billing, accounts receivable, collections, cash deposits, resident files, census updates, entrance fee refunds, and financial data entry. Provides customer service for billing inquiries, supports month-end close and budget activities, generates general ledger reports, and assists with regulatory and annual processes. Maintains accurate confidential financial records and collaborates with departments to resolve account issues.

Answers and transfers incoming calls, provides information and directions, assists residents, staff, guests, and vendors, and performs assigned clerical duties in a senior living community. This is a PRN receptionist position offering $16.00–$16.50 per hour.

Develop and execute internal communications strategies supporting HR initiatives, employee engagement, company culture, and organizational priorities. Responsibilities include writing and editing intranet content, newsletters, announcements, presentations, webinars, and social posts; administering the intranet; coordinating communication calendars and events; partnering with leaders; measuring engagement; and managing contributors, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Corporate Communications Interns support internal and external communications, media relations, social media planning, communication campaigns, and content production.
