Owns the customer experience for an automotive collision repair shop, from inbound calls and estimate bookings through repair updates, payment processing, review requests, and final delivery. Responsibilities include lead follow-up, customer communication, coordinating photo and video updates, maintaining CRM notes and schedules, and connecting customers with the shop floor. This is an on-site, phone-heavy role requiring at least three years of in-person customer-facing experience.
