Supports safe and reliable electrical maintenance across industrial manufacturing operations. Performs fault diagnosis, reactive and preventative maintenance, plant upgrades, installations, commissioning, inspections, and root-cause analysis. Works with operations, mechanical, automation, engineering, contractors, and suppliers to reduce downtime and improve plant reliability. Ensures compliance with electrical safety standards, permits, risk assessments, documentation, and company procedures.

Leads integrated marketing and communications strategy across Ireland and the UK, including brand management, digital campaigns, internal communications, PR, media relations, employer branding, sustainability messaging, stakeholder engagement, and industry representation. Partners with Sales, HR, Operations, and senior leadership to support growth, lead generation, customer engagement, colleague engagement, reputation, and organisational change. Oversees agencies, suppliers, content development, campaign analytics, and communications governance.

Own territory sales performance across timber frame and housebuilding markets. Develop key accounts, secure new business, manage the full sales lifecycle, maintain accurate pipelines and forecasts, and align customer demand with technical, manufacturing, operations, and service capabilities. The role is field-based and focused on profitable growth, customer retention, order-book quality, CRM discipline, and commercial execution.

Supports purchase and sales ledger operations, including invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, payment runs, job costing, credit control, and construction contract applications. Assists with general ledger activities, bank reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, stock processing, management reporting, financial statements, and month-end close. The role also provides finance administration and collaborates with commercial, production, logistics, and site teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Supports safe, reliable plant operation through preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, equipment upgrades, commissioning, and continuous improvement. The role works with maintenance, production, electrical, automation, contractors, and site leadership teams to reduce downtime, improve equipment reliability, maintain safety compliance, manage spare parts and documentation, and contribute to efficiency, sustainability, and cost-reduction projects.
