Manage global full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, partnering with leaders and hiring managers on sourcing and hiring strategies. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, support light IT access provisioning, and contribute to People Operations initiatives. Use recruiting metrics, reporting, technology, and AI practices to improve workflows and candidate experiences. Build talent pipelines, advise stakeholders, and lead cross-functional projects in a high-growth technology startup environment.

Provide technical customer support through phone, email, chat, and video; troubleshoot SaaS integrations and bugs; collaborate with engineering; improve AI support agents using MCP tools; and maintain customer-facing documentation. The role requires strong communication, live support experience, basic coding and debugging skills, familiarity with SaaS integrations and monitoring tools, and the ability to work autonomously.
