Provides endpoint and help desk support in a healthcare system, including installing and updating Windows PCs, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, maintaining hardware and software inventories, documenting work orders, supporting information security and compliance, and training users on technology and security practices.

Leads the technical performance, reliability, integrations, security, and system health of Oracle ERP and UKG Workforce Pro. Manages Technical Analysts, oversees releases, testing, patching, disaster recovery, issue resolution, and technical resources. Facilitates Oracle ERP governance across Finance, HR, and Supply Chain, while owning UKG configuration, support, optimization, and timekeeping hardware. Partners with stakeholders on enterprise initiatives, prioritization, system integrity, and process improvements.

Supports and manages telecommunications systems, including Cisco VoIP, PBX, data networks, cellular services, video conferencing, unified communications, and mobile devices. Configures equipment, troubleshoots connectivity and voice issues, administers MDM platforms, audits telecom billing, maintains documentation, supports upgrades and site implementations, and trains end users and telecom operators. Participates in project tracking, compliance activities, rotating on-call coverage, and operator support across shifts.
