Manage shutdown, turnaround, and outage scheduling at an LNG facility. Develop short-, medium-, and long-term resource-loaded schedules; analyze critical paths, earned value, costs, risks, resource histograms, and S-curves; monitor schedule baselines and communicate changes to stakeholders, contractors, and vendors. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, warranty, and project teams while promoting scheduling best practices and continuous improvement.

Partners with maintenance, operations, technical, functional, business, information management, and contractor teams to maintain data integrity and support SAP PM/MM processes. Responsibilities include validating mass data loads, developing maintenance plans and task lists, supporting workflows, managing system reports, and overseeing CMMS operations.

Serves as the primary liaison among contractors, project teams, legal, procurement, technical experts, and senior management. Advises on contractual risks, commercial strategies, warranties, insurance, and compliance while maintaining contract records and tracking deliverables.
