Leads sourcing and procurement strategies for mechanical equipment, including static, packaged, and rotating equipment. Manages RFPs, bid events, vendor prequalification, negotiations, frame agreements, purchase orders, and complex contracts. Evaluates bids and recommends vendors while optimizing cost, quality, schedule, and risk. Partners with project, operations, pipeline, legal, and risk teams, ensures policy and regulatory compliance, mentors supply chain staff, and supports procurement reporting and stakeholder objectives.

Leads the enterprise AI Engineering function, defining strategy, architecture, operating models, and secure deployment practices for AI agents and machine learning systems. Builds and manages a senior engineering team, oversees LLM infrastructure and MLOps/LLMOps, partners with business and data teams to productionize high-value solutions, and manages GPU procurement, vendors, governance, monitoring, and executive reporting. The role is hands-on and based full-time in the Arlington office.

Supports operational accounting for LNG facilities and pipeline assets, including inventory, maintenance and operations cost reporting, accruals, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, capital projects, financial reporting, and variance analysis. Partners with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Construction, FP&A, and Corporate Accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and controls. The role also supports forecasting, KPI analysis, system implementations, process improvements, and inventory safeguarding activities onsite.

Supports LNG project completions through data collection, quality checks, database maintenance, analysis, auditing, and daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Maintains electronic and hard-copy archives, identifies trends, assists with the completions management system, and coordinates document turnover with project teams. The role also guides data-entry personnel and interfaces with contractors, subcontractors, and multiple departments.

Supports SAP-based CMMS master data, maintenance processes, system upgrades, testing, reporting, data migrations, and user training. Serves as the CMMS subject matter expert, ensuring data integrity, governance, and effective plant maintenance operations. Provides first-level SAP PM/MM support, coordinates technical issue escalation, validates contractor data, and collaborates with global, technical, functional, maintenance, and operations teams.

Administers complex EPC, construction, and construction management contracts for LNG projects. Manages change orders, variations, claims, notices, acceptance, closeout, contract deliverables, performance security, insurance documentation, and contractual records. Drafts and coordinates amendments, notifications, and completion certificates; supports negotiations with contractors and collaborates with project, technical, commercial, procurement, legal, and management teams. Maintains contract repositories, logs, and lifecycle management system updates.

Supports electrical system design and execution for LNG liquefaction facilities and power infrastructure. Responsibilities include developing MV, LV, and HV systems; preparing electrical deliverables; performing power system studies; reviewing vendor packages; supporting relay settings, technical evaluations, design reviews, HAZOPs, and constructability reviews; and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and vendors.

Leads sourcing and procurement strategies for services and construction subcontracts, including RFPs, bid events, vendor prequalification, negotiations, contract drafting, awards, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. Evaluates vendors and proposals while optimizing cost, quality, risk, and schedule. The role also mentors supply chain staff, prepares procurement reports, and supports projects, operations, and pipeline teams. Periodic travel to Louisiana sites and domestic or international suppliers is required.

Manage document control standards and processes for an LNG facility and pipeline. Responsibilities include controlling drawings and operational documentation, maintaining electronic and hard-copy records, managing document numbering, revisions, routing, distribution, and quality assurance, and maintaining the Master Document List and Information Management System. The role interfaces with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, external document controllers, and Management of Change and Control of Work processes while providing user support, training, and document management guidance.

Supports operations, maintenance, and engineering teams by developing expertise in plant electrical systems, including switchgear, MCCs, UPS systems, transformers, EMS/SCADA, and electrical studies. Maintains procedures, KPIs, drawings, and databases; supports management of change, root cause failure analysis, and process hazard assessments; and provides troubleshooting assistance to plant operations and maintenance groups.
