Performs electrical and instrumentation engineering for water utility capital, maintenance, and asset management projects. Designs and reviews electrical, telemetry, control, and instrumentation systems; prepares engineering plans and specifications; researches complex technical problems; supports maintenance personnel diagnosing equipment failures; and coordinates with contractors, consultants, and internal teams. The role requires strong knowledge of power systems, water treatment and transmission equipment, project management, applicable electrical codes, and professional communication.
