Leads UK technology strategy and operations across infrastructure, networks, workplace systems, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, fulfillment centers, retail sites, and offices. The role manages technical teams, vendors, governance, budgets, KPIs, and business continuity while aligning regional priorities with global technology strategy. It drives major initiatives including WMS, ERP, 3PL integrations, RFID, automation, and modernization across supply chain, logistics, buying, merchandising, and fulfillment.
