Founding COO responsible for building Synaipse’s operational infrastructure, go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, financial planning, fundraising support, and founding team. The role owns relationships with healthcare practices, surgical groups, health systems, EHR vendors, payers, and medical societies while establishing scalable processes, workflows, and operating systems.

Maintain and extend a Laravel backend supporting EHR integrations, coding rules, onboarding workflows, healthcare data labeling pipelines, and machine learning data services. Build integrations with eClinicalWorks, Epic, and athenahealth using HL7v2, FHIR, and Cloud Fax. Implement reliable, auditable services that protect PHI and meet HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITRUST standards.
