Provides administrative and operational support for North American PR activities, including press requests, product placements, seeding, events, contact databases, guest lists, sample coordination, press coverage tracking, reporting, meeting notes, and follow-ups. Collaborates with internal teams, external partners, VIP agencies, and media contacts while supporting fashion brand activations and sustainability initiatives.

Owns the day-to-day operation, configuration, and improvement of e-commerce systems covering orders, payments, fulfillment, returns, and carrier routing. Resolves technical and operational issues, manages payment reconciliation and disputes, coordinates with warehouses and external partners, investigates integration and data-flow root causes, and drives automation and process improvements. Supports product teams through bug reporting, documentation, backlog input, and issue tracking.

Develops and refines garment patterns across product categories, managing measurement charts and the full pattern process from concept through production. Leads fittings, evaluates virtual samples using CLO, and ensures fit, quality, precision, and manufacturability. Provides technical guidance across departments, mentors team members, and supports sustainable product development.
