Supervise statistical and regulatory reporting for a property and casualty insurance carrier. Lead submissions to regulatory authorities and statistical agencies, interpret reporting requirements, reconcile data, resolve variances, manage UAT, improve processes, maintain procedures, and support new products. Provide technical guidance, train and mentor staff, allocate assignments, coordinate with internal and external partners, and lead ad hoc projects. Occasional travel and seasonal overtime may be required.

Reports property and casualty insurance data to regulators and statistical agencies. Reviews reporting requirements, reconciles submissions, investigates variances, performs corrections, maintains procedures, responds to stakeholders, and leads process improvement projects. The role requires strong attention to detail, regulatory reporting knowledge, insurance industry experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and occasional additional work during seasonal peaks.

Manage contract intake, administration, tracking, reconciliation, and execution through IntelAgree and electronic signature workflows. Prepare standardized agreements, review drafts, verify contract data, maintain forms and document libraries, monitor outstanding signatures, report metrics, and support insurance regulatory filings. Coordinate with agents and counterparties while managing multiple deadlines and escalating errors or high-risk items.
