Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects, developing cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies to secure major gifts. Build relationships with executives, physicians, grateful patients, community leaders, and volunteers; solicit five- and six-figure gifts; support capital campaigns and fundraising initiatives; maintain donor records; prepare proposals and impact reports; and meet revenue goals while ensuring ethical and HIPAA-compliant fundraising.

Manages daily help desk and desktop support operations, staff performance, service metrics, incident resolution, device lifecycle activities, hardware deployments, and continuous process improvement. Leads support staff development, queue management, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and end-user experience initiatives. Partners with IT, clinical, business, security, and vendor stakeholders to improve workflows, maintain endpoint security, and deliver reliable technology services.

Supports marketing and communications operations, including project tracking, website and SharePoint updates, brand compliance, internal communications, events, webinars, media summaries, presentations, collateral, digital files, inventories, and marketing requests. Creates and edits branded content, coordinates schedules and photo shoots, maintains dashboards and databases, manages team inboxes and calendars, and assists with patient, employee, provider, and community communications.
