Own and evolve the company’s design system, reusable UI primitives, shared interaction patterns, and frontend UX quality. Build production-ready React and TypeScript components, prototype complex workflows, address UX technical debt, and improve responsive, accessible, and visually consistent experiences. Partner with Design and Product to validate feasibility, translate design intent into implementation, and guide frontend system decisions, including AI-enabled product experiences.

Leads high-priority commercial initiatives and strategic partnerships across Commercial, Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Legal, and external stakeholders. Owns project plans, governance, risk mitigation, performance reporting, analytical models, executive communications, and scalable operating processes. Provides strategic recommendations and execution discipline to support leadership decisions, partnership performance, and growth in a value-based healthcare environment.

Manage a portfolio of primary care provider partnerships, driving adoption, implementation, retention, and expansion of Counterpart Assistant. Build relationships with clinicians and practice staff, provide onboarding and workflow training, analyze provider performance data, identify risks and opportunities, and lead interventions that improve platform utilization and value-based care outcomes. Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams. The role requires residence in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and travel to practices up to 75% of the time.

Manages relationships with primary care provider partners, driving adoption, onboarding, training, retention, and effective use of Counterpart Assistant. Analyzes provider performance metrics, identifies risks and opportunities, supports workflow improvement, presents product value, and collaborates with sales, product, and operations teams. The role requires strong knowledge of primary care workflows, Medicare, value-based care, EHRs, reimbursement, and substantial travel to provider practices.
