Own the QA and test automation strategy across the software development lifecycle. Design scalable automated frameworks and test API, integration, functional, regression, and end-to-end functionality. Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and establish quality gates. Investigate defects, assess release readiness, improve test coverage, and support root cause analysis. Mentor QA engineers, promote shift-left quality practices, and collaborate with engineering, product, and distributed stakeholders on continuous improvement.
