Build and scale full-stack web applications using Django and React. Responsibilities include API and data model design, frontend development, third-party integrations, performance optimization, monitoring, incident response, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement. The role requires collaboration with product and design teams, ownership of end-to-end delivery, and support for reliable production systems.

Prepares Australian individual and business tax returns, BAS workpapers, reconciliations, tax calculations, financial workpapers, and year-end documentation. Identifies tax, accounting, payroll, GST, Div7a, and CGT issues; communicates findings to managers and partners; prepares journals and client sign-off documents. The role will eventually supervise junior accountants and requires experience with complex structures, Australian accounting practices, and professional accounting software.

Maintain high accuracy and 24–48-hour turnaround times while supporting client advisory needs.

Supports audit partners and teams through administration, diary and meeting coordination, client setup, billing, travel booking, document preparation, expense claims, onboarding, performance tracking, leave administration, and ad hoc tasks. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities. Understanding of audit or finance is advantageous.

Own relationships with international clients, serving as the primary point of contact for engagement, performance communication, issue resolution, retention, and account growth. Coordinate with HR, delivery, IT, talent acquisition, and leadership teams to resolve employee matters, capture new staffing needs, maintain client records, and provide leadership updates. Manage multiple accounts across time zones while maintaining client satisfaction and proactive communication.

Supports statutory audit engagements by performing fieldwork, substantive and analytical procedures, preparing financial statements, documenting audit files, identifying risks, and escalating concerns. The role collaborates with audit teams and progressively assumes greater responsibility for planning, executing, and finalizing assignments. Candidates should have accounting education or be semi-qualified chartered accountants and at least one year of statutory audit experience.
