Leads all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee development, engagement, retention, associate relations, investigations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, budgeting, and strategic workforce planning. Partners with organizational leadership to support culture and business objectives, ensure employment-law compliance, allocate resources effectively, and drive continuous improvement.

Supports the Legal Department through contract drafting, review, and analysis; legal and compliance research; contract management system implementation; and special projects. Collaborates across departments, participates in professional development, and presents project outcomes to senior leadership. The full-time internship runs 12 weeks at 40 hours per week.
