Provides business operations and financial analysis support by developing execution plans, annual phasing plans, financial tracking reports, workflow improvements, and decision-quality data. Tracks spending and financial categories, supports training and conference event packages, analyzes business processes, and recommends workflow automation using Microsoft 365. The role requires a master's degree or equivalent experience, five years of business or program analysis experience, and government-access eligibility with Secret clearance requirements.

Develops graphics, multimedia, imagery, video, audio, and user interfaces for Marine Corps educational courseware, marketing, and outreach. Advises subject-matter experts and instructional designers on visual strategies, supports asynchronous learning delivery, coordinates imagery and video collection, and creates interactive multimedia using Adobe products. Requires professional graphic design experience, educational or corporate client experience, and government-access eligibility with Secret clearance requirements for classified work.

Develops and coordinates CDET outreach, marketing, social media, and strategic communications. Advises leadership and regional campuses on audience-focused messaging, maintains social media and website content, supports outreach campaigns, coordinates publications, and ensures consistent communication style. The role requires five years of marketing, communications, public affairs, outreach, or stakeholder engagement experience, plus a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree and CDMP certification are preferred.

Provides institutional research and analytical support for distance education and resident academic programs. Designs and distributes surveys, analyzes quantitative and qualitative data, prepares course and program reports, coordinates research with academic leaders, supports review boards, maintains accreditation records, and contributes to annual assessment activities.

Develops interactive HTML5 courseware, webpages, and multimedia content for MarineNet eLearning and CDET outreach programs. Provides programming and web design expertise to instructional designers, course directors, associate deans, and subject-matter experts. Coordinates imagery and video collection efforts and ensures content supports instructional objectives, technical performance, and asynchronous delivery.

Provides administrative and program-management support for CDET and MCU operations, including scheduling, reporting, correspondence, records management, meeting coordination, travel, data entry, task tracking, invoice documentation, events, and stakeholder communication. Supports program reviews, quality-control visits, workshops, contract execution, and leadership initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and organizational compliance. The position is contingent upon contract award and requires background-investigation and government-access eligibility.
