Supports project financial management throughout the project lifecycle by analyzing billings, budgets, forecasts, revenue, profitability, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Maintains contracts, purchase orders, budgets, and change orders; identifies financial risks; prepares reports; and collaborates with project managers, clients, vendors, and subconsultants to resolve invoice issues and improve project outcomes.

Manages and negotiates professional services, subcontract, and commercial agreements for an engineering and consulting firm. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing redlines and recommendations, tracking agreements, supporting negotiations, completing certifications and legal disclosures, drafting demand letters, managing mechanic’s liens, and coordinating approvals with internal teams. The role supports the General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel and requires strong legal judgment, organization, communication, and negotiation skills.
