Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy for a B2B wholesale business, using Klaviyo to build segmented, personalized, automated email programs. Partner with Merchandising and Ecommerce teams to improve retention, customer lifetime value, inventory sell-through, product engagement, and revenue. Responsibilities include campaign planning, workflow development, testing, performance analysis, reporting, optimization, and targeted promotions for launches, restocks, seasonal collections, and slow-moving inventory.

Design and produce mobile-first email, EDM, lifecycle, and CRM creative across multiple brands. Build reusable templates and components in Figma, translate designs into marketing automation platforms, and conduct QA for accessibility, responsiveness, rendering, links, and brand compliance. Collaborate with CRM, Martech, Brand, Creative, and Digital teams on personalized customer journeys. Use campaign insights to optimize creative effectiveness, engagement, conversion, and commercial outcomes.

Own complex ERP support cases from triage through resolution. Replicate issues in sandbox environments, troubleshoot configuration, data, workflow, and integration problems, execute diagnostic SQL scripts, communicate clearly with customers and partners, and escalate genuinely novel issues to the Australian L3 team with documented investigation. Experience with ERP, payroll, workforce management, APIs, and configurable enterprise software is valued.

Develops, enhances, and maintains enterprise Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. Translates business requirements into scalable implementations, follows Agile and release-management practices, performs testing and code reviews, troubleshoots platform issues, and improves performance, reliability, and maintainability. Collaborates with developers, administrators, architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams while ensuring alignment with Salesforce architecture, security, governance, and development standards.

Supports end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, payroll accounting, month-end close, BAS and GST preparation, reporting, and compliance. Uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extensively to process transactions, maintain data integrity, produce reports, and improve workflows. The role collaborates with local and international stakeholders and requires accuracy, strong accounting knowledge, ERP experience, and advanced Excel skills.

Performs manual and automated software testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, exploratory, usability, and acceptance testing. Develops test cases, automation frameworks, and scripts using Cypress and TypeScript or JavaScript; tracks defects, analyzes results, and supports CI/CD integration. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, improves QA processes, tests complex integrated systems, and mentors junior QA staff. The role also involves API, database, performance, security, mobile, and accessibility testing.
