Provide functional consulting for Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, focusing on GL, AR, and Fixed Assets. Lead requirements workshops, configure financial modules, implement invoicing and accounting processes, support testing and deployment, train users, and advise clients on integrations, reporting, and process improvements.

Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, advise senior client stakeholders, oversee data migration, reporting, and integration teams, and support presales solution development. The role provides expertise across Oracle Finance, HCM, Procurement, PPM, EPM, OIC, and OAC; creates high-level designs, manages risks, drives business value, and mentors junior consultants.

Lead Oracle HCM Cloud functional implementations across Core HR, Benefits, Absences, Help Desk, Health and Safety, Time and Labor, and Payroll. Configure plans, workflows, security, integrations, reporting, and compliance processes; support data migration, upgrades, testing, documentation, training, audits, and quarterly releases. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions, with a focus on US legislative rules, benefits administration, absence management, and third-party integrations.
