Supervises daily Support Services operations for a financial institution, including scheduling, transaction accuracy, account maintenance, reporting, compliance, audits, employee development, issue resolution, and member service. The role supports departmental goals, improves processes, manages documentation and supplies, and promotes credit union products and services.

Processes ACH transactions, domestic and international wires, fraud alerts, OFAC escalations, card services, remote deposits, and other electronic banking activities. Supports audits, reports, internal controls, compliance, process improvements, member centers, and issue resolution. Trains eServices staff, provides team leadership, handles sensitive transaction information, and cross-sells credit union products while maintaining accuracy, security, and excellent member service.
