Enable internal subject matter experts to publish, manage the Reddit agency, maintain brand voice, and use social listening and performance data to guide decisions. The role requires translating technical cloud topics into engaging B2B content and growing engagement among target buyers.

Develop, improve, and review Python-based network automation tools and integrate them with internal and third-party systems. Build automation workflows, support existing processes, adapt to new technologies, and collaborate across teams. The role requires extensive Python development experience, API integration expertise, familiarity with network equipment, Jira, GitLab, CI/CD, and startup-style development. Mentoring or people management experience is preferred.

Own the full sales cycle for high-volume, short-cycle digital cloud deals, including outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, follow-up, closing, quota attainment, and clean handoffs to Account Managers. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Account Management teams while maintaining strong activity levels and competitive leaderboard performance.

Supports 24/7 data center operations through server and hardware setup, testing, diagnostics, repairs, RMA coordination, inventory management, installation, cabling, firmware updates, operating system configuration, data destruction, and asset audits. Monitors alerts and support queues, documents issues, assists with maintenance projects, maintains technical records, and communicates with vendors, customers, and internal teams. Participates in on-call rotation and process improvement activities.
